DELIVERY

All Elisa Solomon Jewelry is handmade, therefore shipping times may vary. Most shipments take approximately three weeks, however we will gladly work to accommodate your needs. We ship through USPS and insure all orders.

At this time, we do not take international orders online. Feel free to contact us if you would like to place an order.


SALES TAX

Elisa Solomon Jewelry collects sales tax when shipped to addresses in the State of New York. The appropriate tax charges will automatically appear when you check out.


RETURNS

We accept exchanges for unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Credits must be used within six weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Prior to returning merchandise, please call 646.454.1758 or email elisa@elisasolomon.com. We highly recommend you insure all return shipments and adequately package the jewelry since we are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged.

REPAIRS

Please call us at 646.454.1758 or email elisa@elisasolomon.com if your jewelry is in need of repair. Some repairs result in a repair fee.
